Terms of Service

Welcome to Kingdom Link. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kingdom Link mobile and web application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You can close your account at any time from Account Settings.

2. Church & Ministry Content

Churches, ministries, and their authorized representatives may claim or register their organization. You affirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of any organization you claim. Content you publish (sermons, events, announcements) remains your responsibility; you grant Kingdom Link a license to display it within the Service.

3. Donations & Fees

Donations are processed by Stripe. A platform fee (currently 2.5%) is applied to each gift unless you choose to cover the fee. Tax-deductible receipts are issued for eligible gifts to verified churches. Kingdom Link is not a party to the donation between you and the church except as a payment facilitator.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or fraudulent.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Kingdom Link name, logo, and software are our property. Third-party content (such as YouTube videos) remains the property of its respective owners and is displayed under the provider's terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Live stream availability depends on third parties and the churches themselves.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingdom Link shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
