Kingdom Link ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Kingdom Link mobile and web application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Kingdom Link, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (securely hashed).
• Profile information: your church role, church affiliation, and profile details you choose to provide.
• Location: with your permission, your device location is used to show nearby churches and live streams.
• Payment information: when you make a donation, payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• User content: prayer requests, announcements, event details, and other content you post.
• Usage data: device type, app interactions, and crash reports used to improve the Service.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To process donations and issue tax-deductible receipts.
• To display nearby churches, live streams, and events.
• To send you transactional emails (receipts, event reminders) and in-app notifications.
• To provide and improve features, and to prevent fraud or abuse.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to deliver the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing and church payouts (Stripe Connect).
• YouTube / Google — live stream and sermon video delivery, and Google Places for church discovery.
• LiveKit, Daily.co, and Agora — real-time audio and video for prayer rooms.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum information required to provide the feature.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Donation records are retained as needed for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from Account Settings.

Your Rights

• Access & update: view and edit your profile information in the app.
• Delete your account: use "Delete Account" in Account Settings to remove your data.
• Withdraw permissions: disable location or notifications in your device settings at any time.

Children's Privacy

Kingdom Link is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption, secure token-based authentication, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
