Kingdom Link Privacy Policy

Kingdom Link is operated by Kairova Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Kingdom Link is a digital platform designed to help users discover and connect with churches and ministries, watch church content and livestreams, participate in community and prayer features, access Bible and devotional content, and use giving-related functionality.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. By using Kingdom Link, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the features you choose to use, Kingdom Link may process or collect the following categories of information:

  • Name and account/profile information — such as your name, profile details, and any church role or affiliation you choose to provide.
  • Email address and other contact information — used to create and secure your account and to contact you about your account or activity.
  • User and account identifiers — an internal account identifier used to associate your content and settings with your account.
  • User-generated content — content you voluntarily submit, such as prayer requests, messages, announcements, uploaded photos or videos, and other material you choose to post or send through the platform.
  • Customer-support communications — the content of support requests you submit and our replies to you.
  • App and product interaction information — information about how you use the app, such as the features you interact with, along with general device and diagnostic information used to keep the Service reliable.
  • Audio information — when you voluntarily use a feature that requires audio, such as joining a live prayer or audio/video room, audio (and where applicable video) is transmitted to provide that feature.
  • Location information — when you grant the app permission to use location-based features, such as discovering nearby churches and livestreams, Kingdom Link receives your device's precise location while the feature is in use. See Section 6 below.
  • Information associated with giving or payment transactions — where you choose to make a donation or other permitted payment, information associated with that transaction is processed as described in Section 2.

2. Payments and Giving

Kingdom Link may enable users to make donations or other permitted payments to participating churches or ministries. Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe, and by other payment services that a church or ministry has enabled within Kingdom Link (which may include services such as PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).

These payment providers may process payment credentials and financial information according to their own privacy policies and security practices. Kingdom Link does not store complete credit or debit card numbers on its servers. Where a donation is made, we retain transaction details such as the amount, date, designated fund, and donor information necessary to provide receipts and maintain accurate giving records.

3. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

  • Create and maintain accounts.
  • Authenticate users and keep accounts secure.
  • Provide Kingdom Link's features.
  • Display and manage user and church profiles.
  • Enable church discovery.
  • Provide location-based functionality when you authorize it.
  • Provide prayer and community features.
  • Process and facilitate giving.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Maintain security and prevent abuse or fraud.
  • Maintain and improve application performance and reliability.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Kingdom Link does not use your personal information for targeted advertising, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes.

4. YouTube and Third-Party Content

Kingdom Link may display or provide access to church, ministry, livestream, or other video content that is hosted on third-party platforms, such as YouTube. Kingdom Link may use YouTube's official embedded player and API functionality to present this content within the app.

When you view or interact with embedded third-party content, that interaction may also be subject to Google's and YouTube's applicable privacy policies and terms of service. Kingdom Link does not own third-party church or ministry videos merely because they are displayed in the application, and we do not control how those platforms handle data collected through their own services.

5. User-Generated Content

Users, churches, and ministry administrators may voluntarily submit content to Kingdom Link depending on the features available to them. This may include prayer requests, messages, announcements, event details, church or ministry profile information, and uploaded photos or videos.

Content that is intentionally submitted to public or community areas of the Service — such as public prayer feeds, public announcements, and public church or ministry profiles — may be visible to other Kingdom Link users. Features designated as private or limited in audience, such as prayer requests marked for your church, a prayer team, or a pastor only, or rooms restricted to a specific audience, are handled according to the visibility settings you or the church administrator choose.

6. Location Information

Kingdom Link may request access to your location for features such as finding nearby churches, livestreams, and events. Location access occurs only when your device permission has been granted and you use a feature that relies on location.

You can control or withdraw location permission at any time through your device settings. Kingdom Link does not perform continuous background location tracking.

7. Data Sharing and Service Providers

Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate Kingdom Link. These providers may include hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors, authentication providers, video and content platforms, mapping and location providers, real-time audio and video providers, and email delivery providers used to send transactional messages. Examples of providers used to operate the Service include Stripe for payment processing and church payouts, YouTube and Google for video and mapping functionality, third-party sign-in providers you choose (such as Google, Microsoft, Facebook, or Apple), and live audio/video providers used for prayer rooms.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies, and we share only the information needed for them to deliver their part of the Service.

Kingdom Link does not sell users' personal information, and does not use personal information to track users across unrelated companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain legitimate business records, meet security requirements, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

9. Account Deletion and Privacy Requests

You can delete your Kingdom Link account and your associated personal information directly in the app. Open Account Settings and use the Delete Account option. Church administrators can also permanently delete their account from their church settings.

You may also submit a privacy or account-deletion request through the in-app Support page, or by emailing support@kingdomlink.org.

Certain information may need to be retained after a deletion request where required by law or for legitimate recordkeeping and security purposes — for example, donation and tax records that applicable law requires us to keep.

10. Children's Privacy

Kingdom Link is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided information to Kingdom Link, please contact us using the details in Section 13.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted connections, secure token-based authentication, and role-based access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to the Service or applicable requirements. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Kingdom Link after an update means you accept the revised policy.
